The only drawback, is that Access is not included in this package... a little less assumption and a little more questioning and I would have bought a different package.

Having to download from a 'code' is not helpful if you are offline and your system crashes. You have to have internet access to restore. 2. This is yet another version of Office to learn. Every time they up-rev, they change enough to make it less user friendly for those of us who remember the versions five layers back that didn't eat as much memory and crash as often. However, once you learn it, the programs do what you pay them to do.
