I needed an IT to install it.

But, I needed a technician to install it and make it functional for me. I like this format better than Vista. The pricing was good, however I would like to have more Microsoft programs such as PowerrPoint.

Must have for a new computer or update

I think the best new feature is that you can make papers available to you and work, edit, and add from anywhere online! Haven't tapped into all the new details but so far this program is working great and does what it states.
