Scratch What?

It says scratch below, but it's not like a lottery ticket. It's a slippery surface that doesn't scratch easily, and the instructions don't say to use a coin, but you have to or it won't work. Whatever you do, don't peel it. The code will disappear. Then you will have to go into Best Buy where they won't want to exchange it, even though it says right on the packing slip that you can. Then they will try to charge you the difference between the sales price and the now price, unless you protest to a manager. Happened to me!

hard to use

Didn't like at first but more it's use the more you with like it. Cost to much. First time had to buy alway came with computer and notebook we brought.
