But, when I had to exchange my laptop I had purchased with it things got very difficult. There was a lot of confusion with me and the store on how to transfer the Microsoft product I had purchased over to the laptop I had to get in the exchange.

Office Home and Student 2013

We have a desk top computer at our home office to do data entry, bill paying ect.. This product give me only what I need for the 'on the go' stuff and is a much better price than the complete Office suite.

One of the only alternatives to 365

However this is a much better deal than Microsoft 365 (at least for me-if you had a large family and many computers, 365 would probably be a better deal).

Great Product

You can make changes to pdfs, which is great. You get a chunk of the cloud with it also so you can work on it at different computers. You can work on power point with other people at the same time at different locations which is very handy for any student.
