As a teacher, I cannot describe how necessary the MS Office package is. All I can say is that it is worth the money and powerpoint changed my life.

Great program. I had to purchase it when my new laptop didn't come with and features to create documents included. Easy to install. Easy to learn.

Haven't had much time to use the program. But, is easy to find help, and get step by step instructions.

Before my review, I'm just going to put this out there. Does anyone besides me wish you could just transfer your MS Office to a new computer when you buy one? Instead of having to purchase the brand-new, expensive Office 2013, I wish I could somehow deactivate my Office 2010 from my dead laptop and re-activate it on my new computer. Sorry for venting. My review: Besides the price, I mean, it is MS Office. It includes that same programs as with 2010 and the versions before it. I guess I'm old-fashioned, but I don't like how it tries to automatically save my documents to whatever cloud/MS online drive. And, you have to be signed into Microsoft in order to use and download the product. I'm not too fond of always having to sign-up for accounts and always being connected to the Internet. Just call me paranoid. One thing that I thought was weird was the display of the programs when opened. I'm used to the colored tabs and everything. With MS 2013, everything is kind of a bland, plain white. Long story short: it's Office.

I came out of Microsoft 2003 and out of 2007 on another computer... This version is a major learning curve for me and very frustrating at times... I am not interested in deciphering the graphics - I would rather have words and pull down options like before - to me that is so much faster than solving these 'mysteries' = takes way too much of my time... The one thing I truly hate is the WordArt in this version; therefore, I have started saving my word documents, as well as my Excel docs, in the compatibility mode so that I can get access to the old WordArt and the other aspects of which I am accustomed... I have not yet tried the PowerPoint... I will eventually learn all of these 'pictures' I hope; however, as of this moment, I am not impressed... Where do I get a cheat sheet?!? HA! HA!
