Like previous versions, very powerful, too many features to learn, a tendency to try to do everything for you, even things you don't want. The installation key that was initially supplied was defective, had to return to store for a replacement.

I have used Office for many moons as many people probably have who are reading this. One big problem is the background highlight of gray or (not much darker) dark gray with Word, Excel and so on is hard on the eyes, hoping for blue to return.

Don't like change!!!!! Wish I could just go back to original office!! Having trouble installing. Shouldn't have to be connected to internet when wanting to use. Old office didn't require it!

I don't use all of the Office products available in this purchase, but I believe that I got a good deal. If I had been paying more attention, I would have got a different package because I want to have Access, which is not included.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Having frequently used tools hidden in menus that are hard to find just makes word and outlook harder to get used to. But I like being able to touch the screen, since I'm used to doing that with my phone.

I do not use whole package, but I am OK with Word and excell, nothing special to say. Only one thing but nothing with technical side, I do not like "renting", but that is business...

Some of the fonts that I used in the past are not in the new version and will most likely have to manually download them since now my old documents look weird. Other than that it works fine.

after shopping around, I found Best Buy had the cheapest price for Office. I liked that i could download it to my laptop online. In the future I will be able to re-install it online if I need to since it is registered with Microsoft Office.

I have always used Microsoft Office, so when my new laptop did not come equipped with it, I was very disappointed. I learned that Best Buy carried it and was thrilled! Though it was a bit pricey, it was definitely worth it in the end.

Windows 7 was much easier to deal with, not as many screens to go through, and not as much use of the function keys, which I had to learn about before being able to get some things done.

When getting my new laptop, I wouldn't think of using anything else but Microsoft Office & Home. But even more than this product, Best Buy is so good at helping customers decide on what electronic products is best for their needs. The ONLY PLACE I WOULD SHOP FOR ELECTRONICS.....IS BEST BUY!

Best buy called me but told him I was in middle of something and he said he would email me and he never did on my previous survey on this. Not happy with software loading to my new laptop.....not happy with best buy!!!!!

This should come standard with all devices at least the minimum of word

I love microsoft office, and this does all that I need it to, but I do not like the new way Microsoft is charing a yearly membership fee or a one time fee with no updates.

The computer is fine. Windows 8 makes everything much more difficult than I've ever experienced. If my old computer with XP weren't so unstable (due to Microsoft), I'd still be using it. Get a computer with Windows 7, or an Apple.

I should have bought this program in the beginning as a one time installation. i tried to use the subscription form because you can use it on up to five devices. What I discovered was that the subscription form only worked with Windows8 and above and I could not use it on my older devices.

Love everything about it once you get it installed properly, only problem I found was I had to remove and re install a few times to find out why it wasn't working correct. Clashes with some other programs I had installed on computer.

This product is basically used when my children have school assignments to do, write resumes and other important information. My children don't seem to have an issue using this product however I myself found this very different to use. This product is not for anyone that is not a student as it is hard to figure out how to use it after using previous ones. It also took a few times to get to download correctly onto the computer.

This computer is good for beginners as well as those who are moderately expert in computer operation. I have been able to increase my computer skills rather easily. The price was also very attractive for the size of memory.

If this was not a necessity, I would not have purchased it. At no fault to Bestbuy, Office is becoming more and more over priced.
