Had to finally upgrade her computer...she had a Dell desktop with XP that she got in 2002... And was still using AOL dial up. So needless to say...there was a learning curve. But she caught on quick and is fine with it...

Bought for my son primarily for homework. Gets the job done although it seems that Microsoft underestimates what teachers assign these days. Really needs to include all the office programs sans outlook to be a better solution.

I am disppointed in the fact I am not able to utilize this program on my other computers. It is very expensive to have to buy three programs, because I have three computers. Otherwise I love it. I am learning so much with it.

Average. This version of Office did not come with Outlook. Best Buy readily exchanged it for Office 365 which fulfills my email account requirements and the management there of.

Microsoft was needed to open attachments sent to us. also, we needed Microsoft word to type many papers and lists for both home and school. For the price it has served what was needed. Best Buy loaded the program on our computer and explained its uses. We have had no problems. Thanks!

This is the same old Office stuff. The good thing is that you can install it online so you will never lose the discs like in the past. It is not completely intuitive to install. Once you figure it out, it works fine. I install it on Windows8, which is probably what made it harder to do.

There are templates for just about any use, although some are not free and quite costly. I have also had a little trouble printing on my windows 8 computer as it will not print as an app, so I had to figure out another way.

There's not much to say. It's the standard Microsoft Office suite with some tweaks to take advantage of a touchscreen interface. It does what I wanted it to and what it needs to do, but it's just another evolution of Microsoft Office with some pleasant surprises using the touchscreen.

I purchased this program for my daughter to do her school work on. She is a college student with different projects all the time. This was a great help for all her assignments no matter how big or small. I expect she will have a great year thanks to the versility of her program.

I had to purchase a new surface pro tablet. I only use office, specifically word. I've had to use open office and I hate it! The price was good, installation was quick, and I've been very happy with this version of office.

Terrible to learn without printed detailed user manual. I am now looking for a class to learn to use Word & Excel 2013 after about 40 years of using older Word & Excell software. A printed manual would be a great asset

My wife and I have been using Microsoft Word since 2005 without a problem. Microsoft saw fit to shift to Windows 8 which does not support the old Word program. Since they discontinued Windows XP we were forced to purchase a new machine with Windows *. Of course the old programs are not compatable and we had to purchase Word 2013.. Certainly not because we wanted to.. Word 2005 was perfectly fine for our needs. Now with Word 2015 there's a whole new learning curve to learn. Thanks Microsoft.

I needed to purchase this program for my new laptop. I was $139.99 everywhere else but luckily I got it on sale the day I walked into Best Buy for $119.99. That was a blessing.

Installed easily on my new laptop, but I was disappointed that Microsoft Office only comes in 1 user now. I remembered I bought the older edition with 3 user installation for the same price (it was the current edition then).

This product was purchased as a christmas present to my parents. They were familar with Microsoft Word on their old computer. Office 2013 serves as an upgrade and allows them to continue to use Word on their new computer.

My son picked this up for his daughter, though she's only a baby, he believes it will be a use full and helpful tool as she grows older, expanding according to her needs. It's an excellent product, lots of use full apps, tolls, etc for the growing demands of students on the go!!

It's office and I have to have it on my computer. Wish is still came with Outlook, could use that a lot more than powerpoint.

Purchased this when I purchased my new Asus Desktop. I am still familiarizing myself with the program. I was used to MS Word 2007, so this program may take me a little longer to learn. But as with anything, give it time!

It has everything on it I will ever need. Because it has everything on it , it makes it a little hard to learn to use for a not so great computer beginner. As time goes by , and I do more and more with it, I am sure I will learn to love it more and more, which will be a lot.!!

Product is available. Used to get 3 copies of office for $150-now 1 copy is $120 with a computer purchase. This is getting to be pretty expensive. Otherwise, all was fine.
