Unfortunately I had to purchase to put on laptop as it did not come with, however, it was cheaper to buy the 5 device one than a single in the long run. So, I updated all our computers with newer version.

As my son is getting ready to enter middle school I was happy that we went ahead and got this when we purchased his laptop for his birthday so he can do both school work and gaming on his laptop with no excuses!!

I have not had the opportunity to use a lot yet, but did not want to be without the capability. I was perfectly happy with my 2007 version of Office, but it would not work with Windows 8.1 on my new laptop.

This program should be already in every new system sold...not as a separate purchase. Its needed in most everything that is out there so I don't know why it's an after market product for any windows system.

The office is not suited for me as the ability to write a document/letter is all that is necessary. Resent having to pay for a package to be able to type a letter.

I requested to buy MS OFFICE for MAC but the sales person actually sold me MS OFFICE for Windows. I took it home and tried and failed to install it so I called the MS help team who diagnosed the problem and sold me a license for an annual subscription version of MS Office. I didn't realize they'd sold me an annual license instead of the actual product so I had to go back to MS help people again to finally receive the product I wanted. Obviously, this is not really a Best Buy problem, it is Microsoft's convoluted licensing scheme that is not well understood or described.

It took my wife and I four or more times inputting the pin # to install. Had to check and recheck the numbers we typed in and they were all correct the first time!

if your just updating on an old computer or upgrading on a new computer and have always used MS Office you will want the latest version and will adapt easily to the changes whether or not you like them all.

I haven't used this version much since I got it, but so far I'm satisfied. It seems to be the same interface as 2007, so there isn't much to learn. I also like that 2010 automatically converts documents in the older Office formats to the 2010 format. No complaints.

I couldn't get along without word. I use it all the time from printing multiple photos on my glossy paper to saving everything in a document. I think there should be an option for purchasing this program alone!

This is the latest from Microsoft Office with the most common parts needed. Word, Excel and powerpoint are essential for every student from high school through college. It works well with windows 8 and is fast. Have not tried all the new features, but so far I like it.

The only issue I had with it so far was downloading it onto my computer, which eventually was worked out by someone who knows computers better than I do, otherwise it is working well, no issues so far!

Just got rid of Vista and installed Windows 2013 on my new hard drive. It's better than Vista but not by much. Unfortunately this is all that is available.

The young man actually went to the store in Macedonia to get the right computer for me. Them i needed a printer, wireless printer amd wireless mouse. He went through all to find the right ones for me.

Had this coverage on 3 computers before and it is awesome not to worry about your computer not working. Today in this day and electronic age no one wants to be without the web even if it is not for business. Also to have my hard drive working on lap top is great.

Easy to install and use. I purchased this when my previous notebook died. I hate paying for something I rarely use but really need it at times. It's simple to install and easy to use with basic documents.

Disappointed that my existing are separated from new software and am confused whether all are updated all the time. I updated one file then found that it created a new version and old one wasn't updated.

Not as easy to use as the previous editions and the tutorial to learn how to use it not the best for an explanation. Patience and time is definitely needed if you plan to install product on your computer yourself and not let the Geek Squad at Best Buy do it for you.

I don't want to go through microsoft's live.com account to do my email. I know there's a way to add things directly to the start screen, but all the help videos are how to use it microsoft's way. Microsoft needs to stop trying to be the interface for everything and just be helpful. They should make it easier to add your other old acccounts and devices that aren't as new and up to date. I hate all the useless ads and games cluttering up the start screen when you buy it--all the useful programs like wordpad are more difficult to find. I need a useful tutorial that's not made by microsoft.
