Used this product on all of my computing needs. No surprises. Windows 8 makes it hard to access but same product once in. Hope Windows 8 isnt the future of operating systems.

KIND OF PRICEY. THE TECH AT THE STORE INSTALLED WHEN PURCHASED THE COMPUTER. A NECESSARY PROGRAM BUT SHOULD NOT BE SO HIGH PRICED.

I have only had this software for a little over a month and am still learning about all the new features in Office and Windows

Normal quality Microsoft Office. Has typical upgrades that take a bit to get used to but are so nice once you learn the tricks.

Office Home & Student 2013 - Windows has great additions when compared to Office 2010 which was on my last machine. Really enjoying the new excel formulas and power pivots.

This product on the Best Buy website did not indicate I was purchasing a key, which is not much more than a downloaded program. Since I was shopping for the CD, I would not have purchased this item. At best, the description was misleading, in my opinion.

What can you say about Office Home & student. It's is perfect for anything you can imagine. Anyone that uses spreadsheets, submits letters, or anything else would love this.

I am enjoying the newest Office 2013. There is definitely a learning curve as I am learning the new features as I need them. I am still breaking old Office 2007 habits.

If you're not familiar with the suite of products it'll be hard to transition from apple- otherwise it's pretty straight forward

MS Office is a standard suite of tools used and needed by many. I have never had a more frustrating experience installing a program on a computer and I have been a personal computer owner for more than 10 years. MS Office is partly to blame and I believe Windows 8 shares responsibility for the worst overall software installation that I can remember. Eventually I successfully installed MS Office and it works great now!

I like having the Windows Office suite on my machine and do use them. I think they are overpriced but that's not BestBuy's fault.

I needed word and excel for my own use and this is an affordable alternative to purchasing the full professional version.

It's a word program that works well for a beginner Word person like me. I didn't even need the help of my kids to set up or use it.

This version of MS Office is comparable to the previous version as far as features. However, I don't like that they changed the default color pallet available in the suite.

All I need is a simple word processing program and this meets all of my needs. It also met my needs of not requiring yearly fees.

I would like to have a manual for Office. I do not like to have to refer to everything on line. Because of this., I have only used a few times, mostly to write letters.

It is nice that I don't have to renew this every year because I bought the full use version. The layout is almost like my older version so it hasn't been difficult to use.

The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly directed me to the items I needed. She also checked me out on the spot. It was nice not to have to wait in line. My experience was great. Thanks!

Just acquired so not used much , but purchased at local store , when removed product from card had to remove sticky cover off of product access code and tab pulled the number away , be aware if you try to take product back to store must be within time frame set by store otherwise must contact Microsoft directly and go thru several sometimes not easily communicated with indivduals to get to right person who can actually help .. once that person is reached ( took me over an hour and 3 people) it went smoothly

I needed it so bought it but would prefer it be auto loaded when u purchase a computer It feels like buy this laptop but if u want to use it u must buy this software
