excel and word are not nearly as good as before. Harder to open documents and harder to edit;. print is confusing. Made it complicated when simple would be better

When purchased computer, was told this was included, and had to pay for it. They installed it, and I have not really used the program to much to give a good or bad review.

As other reviewers have pointed out, the biggest changes to Office 2013 from Office 2010 are SkyDrive integration, touch gestures, and a flatter UI to match Windows 8.

Office is a fabulous product. I use all three -- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The new version accepts all my old files. Each version has many enhancements, and they are usually very easy to learn. The Help screens are GREAT.

a must to buy when updating your computer since everyone is usually using the latest version of the software. eventually the older versions will no longer be readable.

I wish the word was easier to use, I don't want to take a collage class to learn how to use it. The excel however is much more user friendly and fairly easy to use.

First laptop I've ever owned and I love it. I thought when my PC died that I wouldn't like using a laptop, but I can't belive how much I use it as compared to my old PC.

Price was good for needing the minimum for my High School daughter. As the need arises, we will upgrade the family hopefully not before another version release.

Have used Microsoft Words " look a likes" on my previous computers, but they just never performed as well as the real deal. Just proves that you get what you pay for.

Read reviews on various freezers and was afraid to almost replace our old one. However, this freezer so far has worked as advertised and been very quiet. Glad we found the size to fit exactly where it needed to go.

Works well for my home needs but I wish I didn't have to save everything to The Cloud with the laptop I use. There is the choice to save to the hard drive but if I forget to select this option it can cause problems.

Overall this met my expectations; however, i had hoped it would include WORD ART, but it didn't. Program was easy to load and I haven't had any problems with it

Over all, I really like the new Windows. Any issues I have is just because of my lack of knowledge on how to work it. But it's so much fun, I will keep on working. It would probably be a good idea to use the TUTORIAL!!!!

this one is a little different from I am used to use...I used "Works" before. I think this will take some getting used to but I think it is gonna be very doable.

Right out of the box, I was able to work in "Word" and "Excel". I have been saving most of my work to the computer, but Skydrive is available to save work to the cloud. No experience with power point or One Note yet.

Product works great to complete school work. I would recommend this product to family and friends for school related work.

It's easy to use. No problems yet. Like that they have a resume on there for anyone who is doing a resume for the first time.

Decent product software but very expensive and should be able to be used on more than 1 device

When my internet service was down I thought I could make use of my time working on an excel program I had already started. Guess what!! - no way! The excel program wouldn't open without the internet connection! Why not? Do they need to spy on and record everything I do? It makes me uneasy! If I get used to the program maybe I'll enjoy it, but for now I can't stand the huge changes from my old office program. There's a lot of unnecessary stuff to work through just to type something.

Works well still getting use to the new features. Need to ask a teenager for help. Loved Works, and had old Word software. So it takes patience and practice.
