Best Buy led me to believe this was included with the laptop I bought from them. Well it wasn't, now I have to spend more money to get my school work done. :/

This was purchased for my daughter for college... She has a MAC, but Windows software is more "universally" accepted (sending and receiving assignments ++).

Still getting used to it. I haven't used it too much yet so I'm sure there are many good things I haven't tried yet.

The only problem I have is user related. I haven't figured out how to use all the updated features in excel. Some things like data analysis I need to work out how to use. But other than that, perfect!

Good opttion if you wanna the basic sofware without paying regular fees.

Get discount when you buy with laptop. Now buy with yearly renew subscription or spend more for one computer

So far I like it. I am still trying to figure out how to use it. It does come recommended by the Geek Squad.

This particular Office version is perfectly fine, IF the user doesn't require the Outlook mail application.

Perhaps it is the fact I was using 2003 for over 6 yrs and used to it. Other ops are hidden from view or the name was changed from the older version

There are other software out there under different names all designed to be compatible, but let's face it, nothing compares to the authentic and original - a must need for school and business use!

Had all the tools we needed for school, and made school projects a lot easier. And the installation was easy too.

It is different and takes some time to adjust to - but I am getting there. I have used Vista and Windows 7 - so know I can master this. I like the tiles.

I have not had a chance to "use" the program to it's full potential yet and I feel it will take some "getting use to" before I can offer a better opinion.

The guy that sold it to me gave me the wrong office and I needed it that day. I had to go back and they gave the right one and installed it for me.

I got what I was looking for and can now open documents and perform processes at home like I can on my work computer. Kids can use it for school as well.

I have long been a fan of Excel for making charts, checklists, etc. My kids use Word for reports and writing stories. I do have a hard time learning the new tools & icons as new versions come out.

I was using Office 2003. This new Office 2013 is a little different. I am learning how to use it. I don't see any problems. The learning process is easy.

I backed up every important file I used before I was sure that it would be a seamless upgrade from Office 2007. I was very happy with its results.

I purchased this about 6 weeks ago to go with my new laptop in order to start online classes to earn my degree with University of Phoenix. It is an excellent value and has everything that I need.

The format is very different than prior versions of windows, which takes time to understand. The bigger issue is the lack of documentation. You need at least enough documentation to get you started.
