You pretty much need the Office package for anything nowadays so you might as well purchase it all together. The installation was super easy!

Purchased this for my new computer that came w/o it. did not want the 365 that you pay for annually. seems to have some glitches working w/the touch screen computer. wondering if they did not do this so that you do purchase the one that has to be paid for annually. I am a bit frustrated w/it.

No complaints on the product! Not happy that I had to buy this as an add on for a Microsoft Surface, but that is how the market is now.

The setup is the same as previous versions. The only thing that I don't like is the compatibility with the new Windows, but that is supposed to be fixed with an update in September I believe

I have always loved windows but unfortunately I'm not super tech savvy so with them changing their look I feel incompatible with this product

Office is a great program that is needed on any computer. The problem is it's just to monkey. That's because Microsoft has a monopoly on it.

This product is great for high school, college, and grad students. Microsoft has put their most frequently used products in this suite. Well worth the money for both student and home use.

I was able to get the main Microsoft Office programs for a g treat price. Really just paid for what I use instead of having to pay for all of the other stuff that gets thrown in too.

We have not had a chance to really use this program yet, but have had previous versions. It is a necessity to have on any computer especially when there are college students in the home.

Was having problems keeping Wi-Fi up on previous router, so decided to get an upgrade. Within 15 minutes had desktop, laptop, and Xbox 360 all hooked up and running via Wi-Fi with no issues.

I purchased the whole home/school office & word & excel did not load properly therefore it will need to be reloaded. Not to happy about that.

As usual with any updated software it takes some getting used to. I did not like it at first, but it is definitely looking better now.

Everything is done online now. The first time I bought Microsoft office, I had to install about 15 discs. We really are in the 21st century!

I feel this is a good product but for a beginner it is overwhelming. It has so much stuff I get lost. I am getting better with the program. I think most of it is windows 8 is a lot to learn

This product may be expensive, but is very useful, especially if you're a student. I could've easily gotten this product somewhere else, but Best buy has a great customer service. I love it!

It is a nice program and gives you plenty of way to use it. I sometimes get confused on how to use the different options for each setting.

as referenced above. good program but some things just don't make sense - such as not being able to put it 2 computers in the same household.

Very awkward to use compared to Windows 7. It constantly tries to out-think or jump ahead of the user's wishes. Be very careful where and what you touch on the screen or it will lock you into places you didn't want to go. My company's IT department does not yet support this version so it has limited business uses. Microsoft always tries too hard to outsmart the customer, they should maintain better continuity between versions.

Everyone should have these necessary Microsoft programs. Yes it is a little expensive for what you're getting, but it is still very useful.

Continue to upgrade your MS products - even though there is always a learning curve. I just wish everything were as intuitive as advertised.
