the ideal program package for the individual who does not need a lot of high powered programs to conduct their daily lives

I had trouble figuring out how to put the program on my computer. It was like I was in a loop and couldn't move forward.

I was hesitant on whether to purchase this because I was only interested in the Microsoft Word, but I am glad I made the choice to buy it because there is so much more.

Salesperson did not point out that the purchase of the Office software did not include Outlook. When data transfer took place, none of my email files were transferred. Had to resolve through the Geek Squad Support team. Frustrating!! And ADDITIONAL COST!

Office products provide the functions needed. Excel is excellent. Too many clicks to Save, Open, etc. between files though.

Used this in college and was very much needed. Got this for my mom and now some of her emails are not scrambled like her other computer that did not have windows office.

Outlook 13 is really a great suite of applications. Tutorials are fantastic! The steps up from 2010 made transition smooth.

I Had Windows Awhile Back And It Has Grown Since I Originally Used It It Works Well Just A Little Complicated For Me

Everyone in our family uses this. Husband for work, kids for school and me whatever I may need. Its a good thing to have.

Perfect for my college & high school aged children. Gives them exactly what they need for school & was fairly affordable.

Purchased on sale. Best Buy Priced Matched. Not alot of changes so its not frustrating. Same old word thank goodness.

Price to high for it to be just on the one device it was put on. What happens in a year or two when you upgrade?? back to paying more. Changes seam a bit quicker.... but when you are older it is a pain to remember the changes.. Also when I jump from on system to another that have different versions it is hard to adjust somedays

I am getting used to this version of Windows. There are some things I haven't found, yet, but expect to eventually.

Geek Squad erased previous Word installation while repairing laptop. We had to BUY a replacement for what we already had

I bought this to accompany my son's Asus laptop. This was for him to write his papers and projects. It is what it is.

Like the new user interface. Cloud thing they are doing is alright, but still like google drive better for storage.

Standard Microsoft software, easy to load and works without issue. But be aware that it is a hard drive and ram hog.

Great for students and everyday use. Super easy to use, the program will do everything for you except write your paper!

I scratched the number off the item and part of the number was blacked out. I called the store to determine what to do. I brought it back in as they had instructed, they could not see the numbers either so when they went to get a replacement, they did not have one. The lady at the register was not helpful and was not friendly. It is online instead of on your computer and I hate it.
