I am very glad to have the updated version of MS Word. Since I'm a writer, the update is very useful to me and my craft.

This paper is awesome quality for a student or for use at home. The paper is a little more expensive but it's not so extremely thin that you're afraid to turn it in.

The price I payed for this package when I purchased my new computer was very good. The staff helped me with the package I had believed would be more than I payed.

Excellent software. I have use previous versions. I am in a Masters Program at University and it performs well doing everything I need it to do to be successful.

Needed a new machine and it was time to upgrade my office product. Still close enough to the last version and with new features New machine and new software.

I just don't understand why computers can't already come loaded with a word processing program already installed.

This product is just as I had expected. No hidden surprises. Although I would rather have a hard copy of the program it actually downloaded very quickly and easily.

Installation should be a little simple for people who are not computer illiterate.

this item needs more instructions, because I am not very tech savy miss some of windows 7 things that I knew how to do.

I love Microsoft office and this version is not bad. it took a bit of getting used to because it's a bit different now.

Overall happy with the updates and improvements. Although at times I get a little frustrated figuring out how to do things I was comfortable in the old Windows.

This was installed on a laptop to be given as a gift and shipped out of state - it was a very complicated procedure

Very good product. I am used to windows and enjoy the program. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

I'm not sure if it was the product or Window's 8 that was the problem but I had to return to the store 2 times in order to load it. The key was not being accepted.

It was a competitive price at Best Buy for greatly needed software. Shopping for the product was easy and the associates were knowledgable about the product.

When I installed, I must have "scrolled" to the wrong language by mistake. I thought I was doomed with Portuguese instead of English. Microsoft Support was awesome!

Is ok. It is an up date from my last.office. I like that I bought the verse that I do not have to pay every year

Hope they reconsider decision about one PC vs 3. Otherwise Google sheet will catch up and I can use that for free

Very different than Windows 7. Office works well and is needed for most reports.

Didn't have a problem with this product but did not like the upgrades. Made simple tasks complicated
