2013 Microsoft Office Home and Student

Product was not activited -- I could not use

I called Best Buy to fix the problem, but after being transfered more than 7 times and dropped from the line twice, they finally got me to Microsoft who agreed to refund the product. Wasn't my preference but I had no other choice. Best Buy customer service really disappointed me on this.
