I just wanted Word not all the other things

It took many phone calls to finally find Microsoft Return program to get my money back. Had to send it to them. Then ordered another one online. Very Frustrating.

I won't say anything bad about it at this time. I need to give it more time to learn it. I really liked my Word Perfect 9. It was very easy to use. But windows 8 doesn't offer that.

The windows office software works well
