Great product for personal use. The format takes a little getting used to but a great product.

I went to scratch off the cover of the product key code and it was stuck on so well it removed the product code key and I was unable to get my copy of product. I had to send it to Microsoft and it will take 6 weeks to get my refund. That was 7 weeks ago.

There's a lot to learn. Can be confusing. But it helps with a variety of programs. I like it.

I'm use to using a very outdated version of microsoft office, and this version blew me away! So many different options. Love it!

The purchase of the MS office on a card with the scratch off code never would recognize the code. Best buy wanted more money to download or help doing so. I needed the program, NOW. Not in a day or two. Just buy MS Word online and instant download. Your done and it will be working. Like throwing 125.00 in the air. Cheers

If you are familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, you'll have no problem with this product.

I found out relatively fast that you cannot use any other type of charging cord when you are travelling than the garmin brand cord.

Has some nice features. I am having some trouble figuring out the way this new one works.

I am looking forward to using this program with windows 8 but am not sure yet how to use it.

Overall a good product, I use it for school to write term papers or take notes for class.

Disappointed with this version of Office. I feel like Microsoft forces you to upgrade every couple years to keep up with the times and then they make changes that ruin a good product that they had. I found this more difficult to navigate than previous versions. This being said, I am no computer genius. I'm just an ordinary user.

It works for me and my family. My daughter used it the other day and was happy with it.

I did not install the software on my new Samsung tablet. I purchased the 3 year Geak Squad insurance and your guys installed it for me. It took way longer than it should have (I had to leave and return after dinner to pick up the laptop), but the software is installed properly so I am happy about that. I'm just not sure why the gentleman who originally took my request did not finish it and it was given to someone else to work on. The original guy hadn't even touched it. I stopped back in after about 3 hours and it was not ready so I spoke to the new guy who would work on it and I left. I came back to the store after dinner to pick it up, so it took from around 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. to install the extra software I purchased.

I enjoyed the Microsoft suite of products. Had to get use to the changes from version 2007.

Has many new features but some are not easy to figure out

Windows 2013 is good. Very easy to use. Just takes time.

I suppose the price is pretty much the same anywhere you go, but I like the fact that you get to update the package every year!
