    I had severe issues when trying to download from Microsoft website. Never could successfully download.) So, I paid the extra 15 dollars and opted to install from a disc. The disk came surprisingly quick. But I'm still getting the message "oops, something went wrong..." Guess I'll call Microsoft tech support again.

    The fonts are horrible on this product I hated that the fonts ate bad I like 2010 fonts better on MICROSOFT WORD
