Great buy but the product key wasn't right so I had to call Microsoft and once I did they immediately corrected it

The starter office program feature I got with the computer purchase a bad idea. Should always include the full office program at time of purchase. The sales person should have advised me that the office program was only a starter product. This would have caused me to ask for the price with the full office program. I believe I would have obtained a better purchase price somewhere else. This has been a learning experience for me and I will not forget to ask for more specific information about the product that I am interested in before paying for it. There all also too many useless programs that are included in new computers that take up a lot of memory and make much clutter.

Bought this for a new Asus laptop. Easy to install, no issues. Much better option than the 365 subscription.

This product really helps her to write the stories that she thinks about.

Since I have used Office for many years, it only makes sense to use Office 2013. I think it does a good job.

Good product, Windows 8 is just complicated to use coming from Windows XP

I've only had the product for a month, but it has worked well so far.

Purchased as a part of package. Installed by technician, using wireless option. After installation, worked fine for a week and then generated a print job with zero pages to do. The user cannot generate this kind of job. It wouldn't print mine until this job was finished. It will never finish. Technicians at Best Buy had not heard of this and had lots of suggestions. Finally found the true answer on "Frequently Asked questions" at HP. Remove/delete the printer and re-install it. This worked fine for two weeks until it changed itself to Eprint instead of system print. After bringing into Best buy a second time, he discovered it and changed it back. Still awaiting the next surprise. The paper supply is somewhat smaller then most other printers and don't expect to do many large jobs without restocking it. Seems maybe a 100 sheets is its limit.

I chose to purchase the lifetime license and this seemed a better option than purchasing the yearly license.

Good product but pricey! Should allow a reinstall if a computer crashes.

Just follow the directions and your all set. Love the Power Point options.
