There are several glitches to this particular item but I suspect that it will be ok with practice. Have had problems setting up Outlook as google will not accept it due to security problems.

My newlaptop has a defective screen

I was disappointed to know that it has to be sent away for repair which I can not do right now with school papers due. It is frustrating to work with this screen.
