    overall product is great and my daughter uses all the time with her homwork and would recommend product,but the the installing part was so fraustrating having to wait hours just to get it installed.

    Absolutely horrible! You can not load word onto your computer anymore. You load an App that takes you to Word Online. They set it up so all your devices can have access to that document saved in OneNote. I understand why they think it is a good idea. I hate it. I'd rather save my documents to my computer and email them where I need them. As a Doctor, business owner, father, friend, family member, etc not every document should be saved online. Not every document is approved under HIPPA guidelines to allowed to be shared and/or saved online. Very displeased and will keep my eyes out for next rival company that does away with having to be on the internet to type a report. Bad move MS.
