    There needs to be more instruction on how to use these types of products. And a contact number that does not send you through many phone connections to talk to a real person. A real person that does not put you on hold, then hangs up.

    I bought a copy of Microsoft 2010 software, used it on a new computer, but had problems with the new computer and had to return it. Before returning it, I removed the Microsoft 2013 software. When I tried to reload the software on a new computer, I could not register it. When I called Microsoft, they told me that once the software was used, it could not be used again on any other computer, so I lost my money. I tried to find a new copy of 2010 but no one seems to have any copies available. That was a real disappointment.
