    The setup was automatic and simple. There is a rather long learning curve for using some basic functions as well as advanced features. Missing "Start" icon. Once learned, Word and Excel features are fine.

    After saving my ppt presentation a few times (while making ongoing edits), the system suddenly says that I cannot save it because it is a read only, so it must be saved under a different name. So I resave it under a different name...which works, except it completely erases all the background template formatting and I have to start all over. This happened repeatedly and the Geek Squad couldn't provide any insight as to why it happened or how to avoid it in the future.

    I'm a new Word user, having used only Corel/WordPerfect products for many years. Maybe it's just a matter of getting accustomed to it, but I find Word much inferior to the product I'd been using. Most of the time when I attempt to get Help on something very simple, the info that comes up deals with issues that are more complicated than the one I'm dealing with--and my question never gets answered. Often the "answers" that come up have little or nothing to do with the question I asked. I really dislike Word and regret that I had it installed on my new computer.

    When i attempted to put the code on my computer it reads the code has already been used and won't allow me to use. I've called customer service to no avail so i'm going to try and return it.
