The program is incredibly difficult to work with and learn. It is not user friendly at all. It makes using the computor difficult to use and is not a pleasure to work with.

I had used Microsoft Office 2007. I really liked that. Colors were great and so was the layout. MO 2013 is laid out very similar but the colors remind me of MO 1998. Boring!

This is a piece of software that is necessary to be able to use the computer to what it is intended to do. Should be already installed in the PC as it was a few years ago.

I'm really upset about buying this product because it didn't have outlook mail. I paid all that money for it and am stuck with it now. The sale person never told me it didn't have mail . so basically why in the heck would you sell and office program with out outlook? everyone needs it? im confused, and very upset. thanks for nothing

Once installed it makes good reports and is absolutely necessary if you need excel and word on your computer. Always a learning curve when you install new software.

The print options setup is terrible and other functions are needlessly complicated.

This new Microsoft 8.1 is a different animal than previous versions. It's like starting from scratch. It's not very user friendly at first. Do the tutorials!

My daughter paid for this program and tried to install it on her laptop. She had installed it on the first laptop we purchased but the laptop had issues so we took it all back and got a new copy of the program, the new copy will not install on her new laptop at all. Complete and utter waste of hard earned cash

Expensive for what you get. Had to purchase this after the OEM installed version was lost due to HD crash. Microsoft would not provide a replacement, I had to purchase new and submit a claim that would take 6-8 weeks. Not a Best Buy problem, a Microsoft problem.

I am disappointed that I was forced to use a newer version. Older version much easier to use and find things on.

Message flashes on the screen to call a number where the support is very rude and wanted to charge and additional amount to money to fix there bug

Really thought that it was a little too extreme to have to pay for Office program. As basic as Office is, it should be free or cost very little.

This Office program is too complicated and too many choices in it - would rather have a simple word program.

Am I the only one that does not think Windows is getting easier? Every version requires more time to learn, and doesn't seem to be making me more efficient.

I thought this would already be on windows 8. Had it with vista, but when I upgraded to windows 8 it was deleted

I recently purchased all the items shown. When I opened the Office packet I could not find the number the instructions refer to. Need assistance with this.

I really don't like the new windows product and it comes loaded on all th laptops! I tried to return the laptop, but Best Buy had conveniently changed their return policy! So I will suffer through using this piece of garbage until it dies three years from now- or sell it and lose $200.00 right off the bat.

Was not expecting the changes in the newer version, getting used to how to use it though. Would not recommend the update if you do not have to upgrade.

This program is a nightmare. Lots of bells and whistles, but it isn't compatible with any Works files. A conversion program has to be used on those.. Sometimes a document will look one way on-screen and totally different (not a good thing) when printed out. I hear patches are being developed for it, but had I known what a mess it is, I would never have bought this program.

I returned this item for Office 365 since this did not include Outlook.
