It did not install properly and product support was useless. I was handed off to some third party company to assist me who clearly wanted me to pay them $250 for "lifetime" support before they could fix the problem. This is what Microsoft has to offer now?

I became familiar with Mircrosoft Word and cannot seem to use Word 2013 the same. And no one at Best Buy/Geek Squad can seem to help me. I have always been a supporter of Best Buy and there helpful people but I bought a support contract and Geek Squad won't help me with in depth questions except through instant messaging and they are no help with Word. When I call Microsoft I am told they can help me for a fee and I have only had this system for a little over a month. To say the least I am not happy. I like XP and Microsoft word and I don't know what I can do about any of it. I'm stuck because this system only came with Windows 8 which stinks.

I've used Office at my work for quite some time now and found it very efficient; it serves all my purposes both work and home.

this program gave me a lot of problem can use it on my laptop and also on my son's laptop. i will never recommend it

It is wonderful and works how it should but it's only one code. I got a new laptop and computer and wanted it for both

I like the fact that you can backup everything on the cloud. As well as accessing your data anywhere you happen to be.

I am not a BIG fan of the newer versions of Office, but this was purchased at a reduced price when I bought a new laptop.

When I went to enter this software I entered the wrong domain on my email address. Due to this I could not get the confirmation to activate the software. I have been on hold with Microsoft's Technical support over 6 times sitting on hold 2-2 1/2 hours to be disconnected or told I will be called back. The first two times I was told I would be called back I never received the call back and the 3rd time I was disconnected 30 seconds into the call. They never called me back after that. It is going on 4 weeks now. Microsoft needs to improve there customer service I feel I was ripped off because should have been an easy fix but I am getting the run around. This is very unprofessional for corporation of this size or any size for that matter.

There is an awful lot of space being used to present the options with a focus on making it look pretty vs being practical

The program (much like Windows 8.1) is too complicated, has many unnecessary steps required to simply write and print a letter or create a document. Font selection and style keep reverting to defaults. Appears to be designed with little concern for a PC user.

Although everyone seems to use it, it should be included with computer purchases

Obviously this is a good product but feel like it should be something already installed on new computers and laptops

The computer didn't work. I returned it and the software. Since I can't stand msword, it was an easy return.

Hard to get used to, pretty complicated. Inserting pictures or lines into word always causes some kind of problems.

I don't like the fact that this is for only 1 user. Price is too expensive and hard to use compared to windows 7.

While this is an upgrade over the previous version, it still has many flaws. Hopefully Windows 10 is better

Great for spreadsheets, letters, database and other documentation

I didn't install this myself - I had it done at Best Buy. Really can't give a review as I infrequently use this.

Wish I didn't have to buy this new version but no other options :(
