Once I figure out how to use everything, it will probably be wonderful.

When attempting to scratch off the label for the product key the characters underneath became unreadable. Therefore it could not be used. A trip back to Best Buy produced no results as they said they could not reimburse my charge as they would not be reimbursed. They did attempt to read the product key but it was incorrect. Several calls to Microsoft produced an address to which my purchase cost supposedly would be reimbursed. Will wait to see. I prefer actual product in hand and not having to download from a website.

It takes a little getting used to. I am not sure if it is office or the horrible windows 8 operating system.

Bought the newest version because I couldn't transfer my 2010 version to new computer. Not a good update. Harder to navigate than previous version. Microsoft needs to stop trying to build a better mouse-trap. Stay with what works and stop trying to force consumers to buy the latest version.

Minor upgrade....not that exciting. Sure wish we had more options in buying Productivity like software

This is great for papers, and school assignments, beginning English college students,,,it's a must have.

I have a difficult time adjusting to Windows 8. Many of my friends say the same thing - why can't Microsoft make their product more user friendly. Love that it is the whole suite of products, but challenging. Since it's really the only game in town, I guess I will learn to use it or else! I would only recommend to friend because their is nothing else like it.

Spent 90 minutes on phone with Microsoft and they could not get program installed. Called back the next day, and got a rep who knew what she was doing and got it done in 20 minutes. But the fact remains that I had to call MS to get it installed. And I've installed countless programs on my computer over the years, so it's not like I don't know what I'm doing. But MS makes things so cumbersome. They are a big headache.

I feel these programs should come standard with windows period.

Not much for the Money. Sucks when you have it on a lop top that crashes and you have to buy again

Worst experience to download this software. It is better to get Best Buy to download it in the future

Program gets what I need I guess. Wish it had more user friendly new letter templates to be found.

the install was so horrendous. it took three different consults with customer service with MIcrosoft

I had an older version of Office on my old computer and that version included Publisher and I have several old files save in Publisher that are now not usable. I also had Microsoft Works on my old computer and that program is no longer available and I have several files saved in the database portion of Works that are not as convenient in Excel.

Not user friendly compared to Apple products. It does not predict user behavior and is hard to use.

I think every computer should have some kind of word/microsoft word program. Too costly to add to computer for Seniors. This is not an easy program to just go in and write a letter or do labels. This generation forgets that we seniors come from an age of typewriters. We like things to be simple - not complicated. There were no other choices to pick from - had to have tthis program for this computer.

Hopefully I will catch up to this new program, very different from what I have been used to using.

It can't be understood by an everyday computer user. You need to be a IT Geek to install it.

For a non tech person, not easy to install and use. A written handbook would have been helpful.

Was not impressed with the design of the validation code. It looked like you needed to peel off the label to read it, but you actually have to scratch it off. if you try peeling it off part of the code sticks to it and you cant read it. there was no instruction on how to uncover the code. the employee from Best Buy said it is a common occurance.
