The Microsoft products keep getting better. Installation was easy and the tools are great

The office 2013 suite is terrible. It is difficult to use. Wasting my time and my money.

Microsoft continues to hold the consumer hostage. Make one product for all at a good value.

It is Word .Nothing different nor special. It was easier when you were able to purchase a disk.

There is no way to figure this program out. Minimal documentation and the worst help of any program I've ever used. Nothing works the way used to. You have to guess where things might be and nothing is under a label that makes sense. Everything takes about 4 keystrokes more than it did on the old program and as far as I can tell, it doesn't do most of the basic things the old program did. I still can't draw the simple chart or make columns works in Word--and of course it "autocorrects" everything instead of leaving it like I want it.

I like having the newest system, however, it has taken a lot of time to get used to using it.

Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013 is a good product, but not worth that much money.

The program downloaded and then it just dissappeared. I was using it for the word part and was unable to access that function. I installed it on a refurbished laptop so that may have had something to do with it.

This is the worst version yet. I have been to the Microsoft store 40 miles away three times, had another version installed, and have to go back another time for security reasons after 30 days. Kudos to the customer service people who are great, but Version 8 stinks.

Not sure if I like these program in the windows. Difficult to find and maneuver the program

I only like excel, not much for pwr point or word, but, I only use for personal, and fun

This new office is absolutely horrible. It took forever to download and it never want to open other files on word and it hasnt fully downloaded excel and If I could return it I would. I am so unsatisfied with office 2013. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

Best Buy installed it for me with my purchase and made sure it was working before I left.

Great price on a budget. Gives students the ability to have office at a reasonable price

I do not like it because can't read my Works documents from my old computer with this.

Maybe if they would have installed before I left the store...I spent over 1200 dollars and they would not stall. Now it will not install properly,, spent over 3 hours with the geek squad and the problem is not fixed, now I have to take it back to the store to install? they should have installed before I left! What an inconvenience.

Should have come with the computer. Can't understand why I must install separately..

I was used to Windows XP. This system is harder to navigate and more difficult to use.

I purchased this for a non-touch screen device, the live tiles aren't really useful.
