Had Best Buy install this program, but it work

too invasive

They asume I am always on line. I do not need device syncronazation or constant updates. My office 97 still works fine on my other machines.

NO ONE likes Windows 8

Without the Geek Squad I would have been in tough shape. I just can't imagine why everything that just about everyone was familiar with was basically scrapped. I do not need this learning curve when time could be spent in less frustrating ways.

The Rep did not install the whole version

I don't know how well it works

When trying to download it, it wouldn't let me. Wouldn't let me get a password and couldn't contact anyone to get answers. I am sure it is a good product, but don't know as it hasn't been used.
