i bought this product for myparents to use and they ended up hating it. i looked artb it and discovered that it es another dumb change that most has made. the only problem is that there is no tall competition for word processors so you are sick with it.

I do not care for the programe. Liked the older one better, but the clerk that helped us with it was great. She took the time to go thru it with us and explain things. The best person we have ever talked to at Best Buy. Her name was Mary Kate.

CAN'T GET SOFTWARE INSTALLED. I HAVE READ THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. ALL THE SOFTWARE I HAVE INTALLED THIS IS THE WORST.

It's such a light years leap from previous editions that it should come with training classes just to find familiar functions. Price is too high for such a universally required software.

This is absolutely awful! It wouldn't even allow me to rate it a ZERO!! Required a minimum 1 star to submit review!! Frustrating, illogical, with many, many, many problems, too many to cite in this forum. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy! Your vocalized unhappiness means NOTHING to them AND, on top of that! They will not "let" you downgrade or go back to your previous version. Has cost me many hours of time and TWO CONTRACTS because I was unable to complete documents in a timely manner. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!

I don't like the color schemes, or the inability to personalize. The menus are hard to see with white being the only option. Stick with 2010 as long as you can, or until Microsoft updates this version to make it more appealing.

Microsoft keeps coming back with 'verify it is you' and a link. When I try to verify, it comes back with 'There is a problem'. This has happened about 10 times over the last month. If you don't want my business all you have to do is say so. If you do, you will either ensure the products you sell work, or don't sell them.

1. How this product will work, all online, was not mentioned at all during time of purchase. 2. I don't care for a place online to keep my documents and work. 3. Why change what was working fine? New Coke anyone? That's what this is.

I really miss the database in this program. and the geek squad could not get one on it . I'm not sure what he was trying todo but all the notes where he went into the internet said they couldn't do it either

We tried loading the software on my daughter's laptop by following the instructions to a "T" but it won't load. We don't think we should have to pay Geek Squad to load it. It cost $150 and is not working at all.

I was excited to get Windows 8 and begin using it but so disappointed after getting it. Its difficult to use plus not an user friendly software. Very disappointed I have to take a class to use my Windows 8 system.

I do not like this at all. I wish we could have Microsoft Office 2010 back.

To much information needed just to download what I paid for. Has an over ride to remove your computers password which I did not care for. I did not have a easy downloading experience with Office 2013.

Office 2007 is the best version I've seen (used) to date!! I don't like the tile, and I miss the normal start menu.

I have spent nearly 20 hours with Microsoft techs trying to get it to run correctly...In the end they knew nothing and my son had to figure it out for me. I will not buy a windows product again.

Not good and only last 6 months. Cost too much and doesn't do that much. Windows works as good as it does

The installation process was hijacked by website redirection to Capstone Technologies and I paid for one-year of service plan before they would release/complete the installation. Very, Very Upset that this occurred. They redirection can by using the URL shown in the Office packaging and the redirective action of Explorer installed on the notebook computer. I tested the URL on another computer and I was taken directly to the Microsoft install website. It appears to be an issue with the Explorer install on the HP notebook purchased at BestBuy.

I came from Windows XP when I purchased my new computer. Word, Excel, etc. that was on my old computer was sooooo much simpler to use. This new one is just too frustrating as is Windows 8.

Overall did not like this version of Microsoft 2013. Hard to understand, the part of the program skydrive not sure why you need it. Also, not sure how to "x" out of your screen or program.

I purchased office when I purchased a new computer. I could not get it to work. I took computer and office software card to Best Buy. It was supposedly fixed. It does not work. I cannot bring up excel or word without getting messages that indicates errors. I have been using Office programs for 20+ years and never had problems like I have been experiencing.
