was told by Microsoft that it will crash my new computer. Even did a 3 way call with best buy. Best buy did help in getting issue resolved

I am extremely disappointed with this service. Have an error that shows up each time I turn it on and the only I can get help is to sign up for a year of tech support. I have been in computers since 1976 and have never had such lousy service!

When I bought new Dell PC's for my wife and myself, the salesperson said older versions of MSOffice would not work on Windows 8, so I purchased 2 copies of MSOffice 2013 and had the Geek Squad install them. When I got the new PC home and running, I installed a copy of MSOffice 2003 and it works fine. We don't need all the new bells and whistles of the new version. However, It was already installed and we had tried using it a couple of times before I tried the 2003 installation, so I felt like I couldn't bring them back.

I was not told that I wasn't getting Outlook when I purchased Office Home & Student. I now have to spend another $110 to get outlook.

don't spend your money on this over-rated item when you want something simple

We bought a dell machine and needed a production tool so we also bought this MS Office 2013. But it turns out that we needed to return the Dell because we just were not able to get use to the start screen interface from windows 8. Bestbuy cannot process the return of the Office because it's already been activated. We have to call Microsoft and use their money back guarantee program to ship the product back. It said it would take 4-6 weeks to get the refund. Still have not yet heard from anything from Microsoft.

I don't like "buying" something that you don't really posess. You can't save your documents on your computer, you have to save them on their website?! If you have piracy issues with people stealing software or using unauthorized copies please come up with a real solution. This one sucks. Every hacker in the world now has access to everything. Brilliant.

given the wrong version for mac air - had to go back the next day to exchange - not the products fault - it was the best buy employee

The regular version is way better than this version.

When compared to other similar products you can understand why the Company is giving it away for one year. I would not trust this product when compared to its competition.

do not like windows 8. it is apain to use. can't find anything and it keeps jumping to different things when i am working.

Windows XP was a great OS. Why must Microsoft keep pushing us into products that are complex and more difficult to use?

This is typical Microsoft software. Overpriced and poor functioning. I am required to stick with a PC for the near term or I definitely wouldn't bother with it.

I did not know that my files would be stored online, but I need to access them while I am offline. I wish I knew the new features before purchasing the product.

The One Note program drives you crazy, if you are trying to print something from another program, it won't let you print. It picks the wrong printer and as far as I know there is no way to change the default printer. I am sorry that I purchased this Office Program. The clerk told me this would be good for me if I was only going to use Word and Excel. When I try to print something from TDAmeritrade it goes right to the One Note program and Then will not print.

I can't get the email part of intallation to work so I can download the product. I reset the password but get a blank email. NO NEW PASSWORD. Stuck..... can't download it -it will not even allow me to get a disk which I would rather have. Why can't I enter the code and get my download without all the extra stuff!!!!

I buy it used my microsoft account to install my product and since then I've never been able to use it. The Microsoft customer service could not help me with my issue and I lost Money.

Purchased for my aging parents, so was glad I was available to download. They couldn't have done it...instructions too difficult, download too slow.

Bough new pc laptop for my wife. I use Mac products. However, with the new Asus Windows 8 was loaded on it. Mac software is intuitive and reasonable. In other words, if it looks like you should click on it, you should. Logical layout. ETC. Windows 8 is to total opposite. My son has it...HATES IT. My wife now has it...HATES IT. cumbersome and illogically designed.

I explained to associate I needed MS Word, Works, Excel, & PUBLISHER notPowerpoint. Sold wrong pkg.
