Very pricey for the software that was not all that easy to load or use. Slow, especially the Excel. Word took forever to load to use.

Was Not Impressed. It Works Ok But At One Time Decided Ot Wa Gonna Go To Auto Save And I Lost Alot Of Notes, That Took Hours To type

I recently purchased Office 2013 for a home computer and had a difficult time adjusting to the significant changes to Office 2013.

Microsoft just keeps getting worse. Each progressive program that microsoft designs gets more cumbersome and less user friendly.

for how much this costs it was annoying to install and you can go and use Google docs for free instead of paying for this.

Sold to us by sales associate, even though my priority was "Outlook" This program does not have email or contact capabilties

Too hard to find things and nothing like the other Windows programs I have used. No start button, missing features such as picture editing and DVD maker that used to come with Windows. Instead you have to go to their site and download it. Also missing MANY fonts in Word that I used frequently. Wish I did not have Windows 8.

I don't see any improvement in function, speed, intuitive usage from previous and some things are hateful to maneuver

Had to purchase with a new notebook purchase. Nothing special for an average user.

I have used this software in the past a lot. However I will never buy it again. I live in the country therefore my best choice internet is Clear & download speed only goes to 2.9 so I have to take computer back to store & pay them to install it. I will be looking for different program in future since they don't make it available for people in the country who can't get high speed cable..

HAVEN'T USED IT MUCH BUT REALLY NEED A GOOD CALENDAR LIKE WAS FOUND IN WORKS.

Wasn't activated when I first tried it went back to store still wouldn't install, very unhappy. Bring back a disc!!! Tired of traveling 45 miles for store employees ignorance Wish I could get my money back! Had to pay bubble PC to put it on my computer.

Oh my god... I hope Windows is preparing a fix. I've had this 6 weeks already and it's ridiculous. So confusing to create the simplest documents. Is it possible they made these stupid changes to programs just because they could? No consideration to users.

I could be set in my ways, and have none of the I phones or pads, so maybe that's why I don't like the new Windows.

Not to easy to work with at all. The microsoft word and office was very easy and easy to work on my old XP windows I had.. It died and now am stuck with Windows 8 which is also not easy to work with. Not for older people like me (50-whatever).

I am unhappy with my purchase, and I have lost time and money because I use my computer for my freelance business. BestBuy was of no help when I contacted them.

It's a pain to have to relearn Word with almost every new release, but it is the standard so you have to use it.

Sold wrong software (for the second time). Had to buy Outlook from Microsoft at an additional cost of $109

Does not really fit the needs better off going to an upgraded product

I have suffered thru other upgrades to Windows and eventually worked thru it, but this is so far different that any pervious experience is useless. I can't find start or a list of my docs. I may have to return it and get a older windows. This program is causing me to not get anything done.
