They need to review the installation instructions or programing of this product. Had to let the GeekSquad help me get it installed

Felt that Microsoft, Really greedy, only allowed to use it on 1 computer, not on 3 like it use too.

I bought this product & for unfortunately didn't set it up into my daughters computer for a couple of months later. I had trouble downloading the software. I returned to the Best Buy store where purchase & they refused to help me nor replace the software with one that works. What a waste of money

Not real happy with this for windows 8. Can't sync with email

I cant find help to use the product in order to create results

It's MS Office updated. The standard for offices. Good use.

Office Student does not contain Outlook which is one of the programs I needed. I did not use.

I hate the fact that I have to keep buying this.product.

I did not like to and had it taken off and bought Microsoft Works to go back on the new computer.

I had Officee 97 on 2 previous computers. It was easy to understand and to operate/. I used the Excell spreadsheet for my investmentss. I can't even develop a spreadsheet with Office 2014. I am sorry thar I purchased it.

Not very user friendly. Thought the app screen would be great, but it has to many limitations.

I have contacted customer service because I can not down load the program and just keep getting the run around! So far the card to down load software idea stinks and does not work!!!!

geek squad could not even find the email app, I spent and additional $80 to import my old email and outlook 2007 onto the machine just to have my email keep working... quote from a friend her computer guy said if you get windows 8 you won't be able to work for a month.

This will probably become easier as I have time to adjust to the learning curve.

COULD NOT LOAD WINDERS OFFICE ONTO MY NEW LAPTOP WITH WINDOWS 8 - THERE WAS AN EXISTING ISSUED WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS BUT WINDOWS DIDN'T PULL THE PRODUCTS. I RETURNED WINDOWS OFFICE AND THE LAPTOP - WILL TRY AGAIN IN 2014. GEEK SQUARE SAID THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE LAPTOP BUT, I'M SURE OTHER CUSTOMERS DIDN'T HAVE ISSUE.

They used to sell this as a disk. Now it downloads. Microsoft makes it difficult if you don't have or want an account. With the disk you were anonymous- not anymore...

At the moment I'm not happy as everything takes longer due to learning windows 8

Windows 8, confusing for those familiar with computers. Devastating for me to go from Vista where I knew where START was and programs and could navagitate from there. Info put on the Right side of the screen and touch screen features for those technically savvy, Not what I wanted or needed in a computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had trouble activating the card. Had to return and have a new card issued.

I installed it and it worked the first day, now it says error 404 and it doesn't open, I threw away the code since it was working and I saw no more use for it, so now I am left with a office app that doesn't open, it was a waste of money.
