Too much trouble to reload.

I have not been able to get it restore after several on-line conversations. All they say is to input the code, which tells you it already has been used.

I'm probably considered a dinosaur but I liked Word 2000. I just want to write a few things - letters, stories, notes, etc.

So how the code never got activated so i bought it online cause i was in a need for it. Had problems returning the old one....but bestbuy to make it up to me
