Like every other white-collar drone I have learned to use Office and therefore need to have it on my home PC/laptop. I neither love/nor hate Office; I simply accept that I need it to survive

It's ok software.

I beginning to think Microsoft is losing it's customer support edge.

I had hard time installing it so I contacted a customer service Representative. The Rep was great, she did not get off the phone until I was comfortable. This software is great but can be a little difficult.
