I still like MS office even though there are free comparable products.

it was easily installed and it gave me the complete use of my laptop.

I highly recommend this product for all students and parents too !!

When you purchase Office 2013 from Best Buy what you get is a thin piece of cardboard about the size of a CD with a product key on it. If you misplace the product key before installing it, you are totally out of luck. There are other better ways of obtaining the software that provide a means recovering the product key if necessary.

Bought for new laptop computer. Upgrading from Office 2007. Haven't really done much different when using. Don't like Microsoft's new policy of purchasing and future updating of product.

Beware--this is not a disc as it says!!! It comes with a card where you still need to download. If your computer crashes or you do not like the new computer you bought, there is no way to reload it. You will have to rebuy. I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to return and they won't let me--even though I haven't even opened or attempted to download. We were convinced to buy a more expensive computer and told we could return if we didn't like...no one bothered to tell us we would lose the software if we did.

WE don't like this as much as the windows version before it. It looks cool but it is harder to use

Office 2013 is fine... I don't like it as much as Word Perfect and it is a little difficult to get where I want from Windows 8

The software has some great improvement over the last version. But it will take some learning curve.

Price was ok but takes some time to get used to if youe a old windows user.

My previous computer came with Microsoft Office and it was fantastic. This version does not have as many programs with it. Maybe they are obsolete and maybe not, I don't know, but I am not completely happy with it. Of course I was not given any options from which to choose when I made my purchases.

I jumped from 2003 to 2013. The change is overwhelming. What I was previously a whiz kid at I am now struggling. Hopefully I will learn the program soon. The menu's are certainly not intuitive. Guess I would have to recommend it as there are no other options.
