    Our new touch screen desktop did not come with a word processor. We tried some other free processor but wanted more features than typing and editing. So we purchased Office Home and Student and are happy to have a much better selection of features.

    Haven't found many differences from the office 2010 yet. Mainly used for excel and some word. Didn't want to pay the subscription, so didn't go with 365, though you don't risk losing the program if you buy the subscription. I just didn't want to.
