I'm not too impressed with this version of Microsoft office. I'm still getting use to using it and figuring out all the changes. I don't really like that you have to be online to open up a new document. I do like the new template features.

Great product, for college students it's the best. It makes it so easy to do and finish college homework assignments and the UI is so easy. The only bad thing is the price, we college students are poor.

The Office software is great for people that just need the simple programs of office Word and Excel. The bad thing is that you have to buy this software separately when you buy a computer/surface pro.

I may be "old school," but I prefer owning my copy of Office, versus the new approach of leasing it, so I am happy with this product. As usual, Microsoft has made some changes to Word and Excel, but it is pretty easy to figure out.

Buying Microsoft for our desktop was a great investment. I would buy the lifetime version and not the yearly subscription because who likes to renew software on a yearly basis. Microsoft home and student provides multiple templates and will help you with any project you're working on. Great purchase!

Was originally sold Office 365 which I really didn't know what the "365" represented. When I learned that I would need to "Renew" that subscription each anniversary year, I exchanged the "365" version and chose the Home and Student 2013 version with NO "renewal" charges! This made more sense to me.

This product was amazingly easy to install and has worked extremely well for me I'm please to say. I'm enjoyed the use of it and know that it will be a wonderful product to use for a long time.

MS Office 2013 is a pay-for-it-once-and-keep-it copy for 1 user whereas Office 365 is subscription based. This means that you buy Office 2013 once and that's what you have until you purchase a new version. This version requires Windows 7 or higher and is optimized to run on Windows 8 touch devices.

As a whole, Microsoft office is the go-to program for almost all of my desktop work. I would easily give this 5 stars, and even pay a bit more for the ability to use on multiple machines. Until then, I'll always trust Microsoft Office.

This new office software is easy to use and learn. This price you pay is really steep, and don't be fooled by the low cost versions, these are subscription (1yr) and printed real small on the box.

This product was very easy to install. I was able to download the features directly from the website. The programs are very user friendly and have more features than the previous office software.

Microsoft software is a must for any student, I went with the Microsoft student, because it had all the essentials and you were only required to pay once, whereas Microsoft365, required a monthly payment. It does not have cloud space, but it isn't needed if you have access to another cloud.

I was using an earlier version of Office and was a little nervous about switching since I had heard it was "so different" from mine. I am pleased to say the switch has not been so bad. I am adapting faster than I thought I would.

Love all the new features that were added to Word and Excel. A lot easier to create reports and has all kinds of templates for home or business.

I love Office and, as a student, it is required whether I like it or not. I was disappointed at the high price for it to only cover 1 computer. Until this version, I have always had it for up to 3 computers and it was a lower price. Now if you get it for multiple devices, you only get it for 1 year. Why would I pay that much to have it just for 1 year so I can use multiple computers? It's crazy the way Microsoft is getting!

Another good Windows product. It was rather easy to install and it has worked without hitch or complication. It has more capabilities than I have as of yet been able to put to use. I have appreciated that there have been no difficulties because of the touchscreen. This is a new experience for me and there was some uncertainty as to how Windows would have taken into account this new feature. My email works fine, allowing me uninterrupted communication with others. I am looking forward to working more and more with the PowerPoint capabilities.

I really dislike having to constantly pay for new software, but this was under $100 and it was easy to install. I did get a discount, though, after purchasing my new computer.

Good product and fair price. Needed to add the product to my computer that was just purchased. I also learned a little more from the salesperson about the product that I did not know before. Thank you for the additional information.

What can you say about Office that we haven't know for years? I do like some of the new interfaces. Perhaps not paying so much out of pocket would be nice, but good product.

Student or not, everyone should have a copy of the Microsoft office suite on their computers, laptops, and tablets. They are very easy to install and are compatible with almost any machine.
