This software meets my needs for home office use, it includes everything I need (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and note taking software). It would be nice if it had included Access.

I can't get by without Microsoft Office. I work with a lot of clients and I use word and excel everyday. It's an essential program.

This version is easy to use and easy to learn because features are similar to previous versions. Installation can be not so easy because has to be online through Microsoft site.

This program has everything I need and is easy to use. I purchased program along with my computer, so it was installed at store. If I had to install, I would have had problems.

The software that I purchased at Best Buy is what I expected/requested. I had also asked for a recommendation for a good printer for my laptop at home. That experience was horrible. Such so, that I complained to the manager. When I got the printer home, I can not get it to work. This is the end of the year so I do not have the time to do a deep dive in to getting this working. So disappointed in Best Buy. I would recommend the software to anyone. It was easy to install and the website was easy to navigate. The printer - no. If it wasn't for other good experiences then I wouldn't recommend Best Buy either.

Recently purchased a dell lap top from the store in Burlington ma. I not a technology expert at all but felt the salesperson did an excellent job walking me through the purchase and steered me to a great product at a good price and answered all my questions. Thanks!!

This new version of Office works great and is simple to install. All of the programs are running smoothly and working well.

Microsoft Office remains the preeminent suite of productivity software on the market. This version has several improvements that make it worth the cost to upgrade as I did. The activation was a little tricky but not too time consuming and well worth the effort.

Easy to use, good for school work which is why we got it, price very high and it seems to say use on one computer only.

Really easy to install. Only one computer can install program. The 2010 version you were able to install on three computers.

This product is nice because for a little more money, I could get something that lasted longer than just a year. It had what I needed and nothing more so I wasn't paying for something I didn't want or need. It was a little strange after downloading it though, because the previous version I had kept saying I was going to loose everything unless I bought it again, when I had already downloaded the new version. Didn't loose anything, just doubted my ability to download for a while.

I've been using Office for many years. I find it to be the best suite for my personal use and for any business communications. The spreadsheet program (Excel) is what I use most of the time. Just in the last few years I've delved into PowerPoint (self taught) and it is fun to play around with. Learning new things every time I need to create a presentation. There have been added features over the years with upgrades but once you have learned the basics, upgrade changes are not difficult.

Microsoft office is a great product that is easily installed. It is intuitive in it's use, though there is also a tutorial in the help section should someone need to learn how to use any of the contained programs from scratch. Most colleges require students to write papers, etc and in my own experience Ms word, power point, excel have always been the preferred format in which to turn in work. I can't imagine what else anyone would use, or want to use for that matter.

I liked how Microsoft kept the appearance to previous Offices, so you did not have to refind everything. And the Cloud is awesome to forever keep all important files. However, for the price, it is ridiculous that you can only put it on one computer. As a household with college kids, we had to pay over $600 for Office programs equivalent to buying a decent laptop. Also, it is extremely annoying that the top bar were format, mail merger, etc is disappears, so it requires a bit more effort.

Microsoft office is a software that we use on daily basis, the new upgraded one is great, easy, simple and has new features.

A retiree at 80+ years of age, I have used Word, Excel and Power Point for years (dating back to the earlier years of similar programs such as Lotus Development Lotus 1-2-3). Due to familiarity, I don't care for, or need, the opening pictorial menu of of the Home & Student version, but for those new to such software, it is good thing. The Home & Student version is also very reasonably priced. If one is more than a computer game player, using a computer for home records, this is a great choice.

I've always used Microsoft Office and rely on PowerPoint and Word for my essays and presentations for school so I won't be using any other programs anytime soon.
