If you're a post-grad student like me, you can't get Microsoft student access through your university anymore. And instead of paying a monthly rate, this thing will last as long as your laptop - which, if you bought a quality one, will be a very long time!

I love this new office. It is so much better than that past versions I have used. It Is very easy to navigate and I love a lot of the new features they have included.

Microsoft office suite is a must have, I love the updates and how seemless it is to use. It is very easy to install. The price seems very high, but it is what it is.

We added the Office Home & Student 2013 - Windows to our new Dell all in one computer, couldn't live with out it. The first day, our Granddaughter impressed everyone by printing up personalized business envelopes for my Mom (her Great Grandmother) to pay her bills, Mom was thrilled ! We have only just begun to explore all we can do with it, Granddaughter is especially thrilled to have such a professional ap to print her homework and school projects with. Her friends enjoy come to "Grandmama's house" to "play" with Office Home & Student 2013 - Windows on our new computer. We love it.

Great product will recommend to any one looking to buy. The only if your school/college has Microsoft 2010 anything new will not be transferred, but all the info will still be there just not how you wanted to exactly presented it, but altogether great product!!

Love the new Excel and Word versions. A little pricey, but we saved $20 each since we bought them with our new laptops.

Microsoft office has alway been what I use. I really dont know any other. And thats only bc its what I grew up on. Cant compare to anything else.

It has basic features that come handy for students in their assignments but lacks extra useful features like auto corrections etc. Good for beginners.

When I bought my computer it did not come with "Office". This set up is nice as I can use it for work, home and school.

My daughter uses this more than I do. She loves it. Very good for school projects

My previous edition had expired and I purchased this so I could access my previous documents. It has many more features than my previous edition and I am pleasd.

My previous experience with downloading Microsoft Office was unsatisfactory - it took several tries, and two days. This time around, it was accomplished without any fuss in under 30 minutes.

I needed to have word for school. Everything needs to be submitted in Word format. Everything comes back in Word format. I did not have Word and have been using Google docs. The program is a pain in the butt to install. I had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times. Many MANY times.before it finally worked. I think that Goggle docs is a tad more user friendly. I feel like setting up a page into a certain format, like MLA was way more complicated then with google docs.

I was unsure I wanted to make the jump up to Office '13 since I didn't want to have a different version of my Office products at home vs. work but after installing it and getting familiar with the minor changes I've got to say it was a pretty easy transition. No major redesign, just a little refinement and a few added functions. My recommendation is don't put off the upgrade if the opportunity comes along. You'll need to make the jump eventually and it's not so bad.

Easy to set up and navigate. Compatible with computer at work for those occasions when I need to bring work home

I like this product because it cost less than the newer version with no expiration date once installed. It is also transferable to one additional pc if you happen to get rid of the current pc.

When the computer companies make you buy this product you do what you gotta do. Be careful because some only last for one year and then you have to purchase another update. This one is for longer.

My only wish is that they would extend your subscription if one didn't end up using it. I spent most of my year in the hospital and am bummed I lost out so much...already time to renew again!

Works fine. I dont know why it is so expensive. Employees were pushing a monthly subscription program that would cost much more in the long run.

I have been using Office for many years and really like it. I am still having problems learning the new Office. When I find all of my favorite little shortcuts I know it will be the cat meow.
