All the functionality you are accustomed to with an updated look. The applications work basically the same way but, like Windows 8, there's a brief adjustment period to get comfortable with the new look.

I love the new Office... It's easy to adjust to after older versions and has a lot of great new features. Highly recommended!

This program is recommended as a great safety product to use. Although I have not had any problems as of yet I am very confident in my sales rep and believe I have been advised well with this product.

WORD could be more straightforward like it was before. Too many separate windows to open to accomplish each little task. Less user friendly than before.

This software is the add-on package for the Surface pro that gives you MS Word, Power Point, Excel and One-note. I don't use One-note so no comments on that ap. Installed easily from the web and fired right up. I also got the 128 gb upgrade to the Surface Pro and that seemed to help. Ran all my old Windows 7 aps and older versions of MS word, Power Point and Excel so far. This is really the minimum SW needed to do biz type work. Haven't found a need for the professional version of the SW yet.

I bought this to install on my computer that runs Windows Vista. When I tried to install it I ran into one problem after another and was very frustrated. After three calls to Microsoft for help I was finally told that to install it you must have Windows 7 or 8. Well, I decided to upgrade to Windows 7 and after that it was very easy to install.I'm getting use to the changes and I really like it.

The age of having a disc is over, so downloading online is only choice. Took a little while to select the right product (subscription, how many computers)

I chose Office Home and Student version because it has Word and Excel which are the primary programs I use. I like that I could purchase it outright and it was easy to download. I don't like the idea of paying an annual fee to use any of the Office products because I tend to keep my laptop for a while, and after just a few years, the annual fee would far surpass the purchase price.

Pretty much the same office I have been using since high school (about 17 years). New design as far as icons and of course has to jibe with Windows 8.1. Still I wouldn't consider using anything else.

Had to return the activation card three times before I got one that worked. All the software works great, although I don't care for the PDF software.

There is a lot to this software which I really don't use. It surpasses me needs, but I might get around to using more of the features in the future.

I have had no issues with this student package as I am not a student but a business professional. There is no need to pay more for extra bells and whistles you will never use so save a little money.

I am one who does not care for having to buy yearly licenses especially for items that don't change. This is exactly what I need at a fair price.

Hate that I didn't get a disk with this purchase! Had issues with my internet provider getting Wi-Fi to work with Windows 8. And when I couldn't access internet, I couldn't get my software on my computer so computer was completely unusable for my needs until solved internet problem. I paid for this software. I should get a disk in the event I have to reload this onto my computer, I can.

MS Office 2013 is working fine as far it has been used. So far, I haven't pushed it to do anything really new, but is working well for what I do. The instillation went very easy with no issues.

Plenty of features are added to this. Would be good if outlook is also included.
