Microsoft Word 8 is giving me some problems and I need to contact Microsoft. I have reset my password twice, but it still doesn't recognize me.

Put this on our new laptop and I am hoping it is just stupid Windows 8.1 that is causing all the lag time and issues with it and not this program.

This was bought for college freshman. She had no issues installing and can't wait to start using it at school

It is a good software product. But I really did not like the fact that I could not purchase it on dvd or cd format.

Excel and powerpoint suggestion options are improved is this version. If you need a specialized excel spreadsheet, look in the option section and there are some good examples to start with.

Microsoft Office Home & Student was the perfect fit for my needs plus it was very affordable. I told the clerk at Best Buy what I needed and he pointed out exactly what fit my needs and budget.

Pricey but worth it! Works good! Glad I got it. 2 thumbs up!

I really only use the word and powerpoint and so far it meets my needs.

easy to install, works well, I use it for simple everyday use and am pleased.

Still having difficulty with files that are not recognized from older versions. Might be my own learning curve issues. Happy with product overall.

I upgraded to this version when I purchased my new computer. It was an adjustment for me, as I am computer challenged, but it seems to do the job.

What I needed. Be careful when you choose. The first Office I purchased was a license for 1 year. This Office was 1 license for 1 computer.

Upon working on my PC, Word & Excel had been removed. Office 2013 was installed to replace those programs, which it did beautifully. My only issue was the loss of the data that had been saved to the hard-drive, lost, & not able to have been retrieved, despite the installation of Office 2013. Remember everyone...back up EVERYTHING you don't want to re-type on disk.

I did not want to pay renewal fee each month for office so i opted for this version and love it.

Simple to install in my new non-touch screen laptop. Configued to work seemlessly with win 8.1 which it does.

This product has all the tools you need for a college student. Able to type papers and slide presentations.

So Let me introduce you to this product you have NEVER heard of..it's called Microsoft Office. Time to ditch Lotus 123! Seriously though, it's office, it's an essential part of having a PC these days and this is a great way to get it for a reasonable price. If you have never used One Note, definitely something to explore as it is a really great management tool.
