A necessary evil for the 21st century.

But, if you need it, you have to have it. WARNING: Do NOT convert old Office files to this version if you ever want to access them again on a non-upgraded PC!

This software is everything I expected.

On another computer I tried one of the free downloads that is compatible with Office, and found it had most of the whistles and bells that the Microsoft product does and it reads and edits any Microsoft documents. However I wanted one computer with the full package.
