I HAVE A NEW TOSHIBA LAPTOP -WINDOWS 8 AND I HAD A LOT OF ISSUES. THEY INSTALLED MY NEW 'OFFICE 2013' FROM INFO ON THE NEW PURCHASE. I WAS NOT ABLE TO READ MOST OF THE FILES ON EXTERNAL HARD DRIVES AND THIS PURCHASE/INSTALLATION SOLVED ALL OF MY PROBLEMS..

Good Office Suite

If I had one complaint, it's that the price could have been lower, considering that I was basically buying an authentication code - I still had to take the time to download the software from Microsoft's web page.

Doesn't have outlook!

So now I have to get in contact with Microsoft, send in a receipt, get my money back, then buy another one. Such a hassle because they won't let you just upgrade to the office that has outlook.

I love my Office Word!

Remains a classic

I think MS is trying to respond to the greater interactivity of Google Drive and the like. Still, it remains a classic for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
