The only downfall is when you buy a new computer you cannot transfer that over. You would have to buy a new one.

Great for work and school

It really is wonderful software that really gets the job done. Some things that I use to do on earlier versions of the software are not available on this version but I just save it as an earlier version of the software and it works.

LIKED 2007 BETTER

It is so different from 2007 -- and some features take more keystrokes to access -- and I don't see any payoff for the time it takes to learn.

If you follow the directions for installation for Microsoft 7 if recommends using the 32bit version but this does not work with the 64bit version.
