Have used office for years had have never had any significant problems. Person I dealt with at the store was not familiar with the product to put it nicely. He originally tried to give me the Mac version until another associate corrected him. Didn't get the version I really wanted (Home and Business) because of his ineptitude, but still like the product.

I use mainly word and excel which both work well for my needs.

I bought this during the thanks giving sale along with the hp spectre 2in 1 laptop for 100 $. Product was delivered on time . Installing and activating the key provided is very easy. One note from the Microsoft store of windows 10 doesn’t have all the features and hence I would suggest people to download the software to get extra benefits and features. My overall experience was good with Best Buy .

Great value for the price !! And very easy to install

Purchased this Windows OS for new pc. Easy to transition from Vista (yes vista) to Windows 10. Only one drawback. Windows 10 Media Center would not play a DVD because they left this out for some really stupid reason. This is a major problem with Microsoft nickel and dimming their customers. Their product to add this functionality does not get very good recommendations. But did download FREE player that works well.

Hard to realize how much you need the tools with Office help with daily needs for study and home until you don't have it. Love having it again.

Office is great but I get tired of purchasing it over and over every time I get a new computer.

The Microsoft Office installation went smoothly and operates well.

I will never understand the reasoning behind all of the cost behind Microsoft Office as it is a program that is used 99% of the time and should be included in the cost of the computer.

Went with the old school download, not Office 365. Unless you have to have the latest and greatest each time Microsoft comes out with a new product, the download is more than adequate

The Office works well, I have only used Word & Excel.

Whats to say really it's Office and it is not tied to a subscription. Draw back is of course you have to download all the install files. Not a big deal to me but could be to others.

I like the new features i just wish the updates were always free.
