installation was ok but still learning new applications. Windows 10 is not very easy for a non techie like me. But the help menus are quite good, thank goodness. still don't understand how files are sorted and stored. I keep losing track of where files are saved. for instance when opening an attachment you have to first save, then open. Still can't figure out where they are being saved. I hope I figure it out soon

This suits my needs just fine without needing a yearly subscription. If you are a heavy user, consider a subscription but if you are an occasional user this works well. Getting the product downloaded took some time as Microsoft would not recognize my old login credentials. Also, the product key is ridiculously long and tedious to input.

Thanks Best Buy for the package deal you offered on Microsoft Office 2016!! I always need this and love the program but it was difficult to buy a yearly 365 Office product for our household at times. This made my decision easy to go ahead and purchase the program and not worry about yearly fees for a few years!! Great product!!

I have use Windows 10 for several years on another computer and I wanted to continue with it when I purchased a new computer. Windows 10 is easy to use and updates are easily installed. I had to activate the software by phone for some reason, but it was easy to do, and I didn't have to stay on the phone for a long time.

A good all around program for a family. We have had this program on our past computers. Everyone finds it avoid program for our basic needs.

We purchased two, and one kept asking for the activation code to be entered. Finally resolved that issue, and has been working great since then. No issues with the second package.

Great software whether you buy it as a permanent product like this one or as a subscription. I always choose to buy the full product. I don't need every version every year or so.

I got office 365 because the one I had expired, but now I don't have to worry about purchasing another one because this one will last as long as I have my laptop.

Its Microsoft Word with Excel and PowerPoint so what else is there to say. But be careful with the download, I typed a period when it needed a forward slash and was at a disquised hacker site that worked so quickly I didn't realize it until the new laptop was full of malware, viruses, etc. Geek Squad saved the day!
