I'm sure the product will work as expected; I will .download soon; just too busy with the holidays upon us.

I got this with a discount for purchasing a new computer for my daughter. I let her install it herself as she would be the one using it. She's very happy with it and is able to complete all her assignments easily. My only gripe is the cost. I wish this would be cheaper and one would not have to fork out $90-$100.

These programs are necessary for anyone who needs MS Office, but for the price they should have included Publisher. Publisher is included with the annual subscription for around $100, but not the one you buy outright unless you want to spend about $400.00. Another way for MS to try to get more money.

Bought this out of necessity. To bad it doesn't just come with the computer.

Works well. Price was little high. I only needed word and later found out can use Google documents for free.

Even though we only needed Microsoft Word, you get more than just that with this. it's simple enough to install with a Microsoft account where you just follow the steps on the back of the product card and let it download and install Microsoft Office for you.

Does exactly what its supposed to. Got Microsoft Word and Excel for my home office use.

Had to have geek squad help with loading this but used office for many years

I have used this software for years (as updates came out) Have always been very pleases

After 13 years using it my 2003 Office was finally not compatible with the latest update to Windows 10. Did Microsoft's free 30 day trial of Office 360 and then came into Best Buy to pick up my key code and get my rewards. Worked very well.

I wouldn't have a computer without it! Just doesn't make sense. I've always used office and it has always been helpful in everything...work, play, budgeting, you name it. If you don't have it, buy it and get the lifetime not just the year. You won't regret it!

Great program. Just what I needed. If you do documents, this is a must have.

Just be aware when you pick a combo that you make sure it has exactly what you want. Only after I installed I realized I didn’t get the version with outlook on it. But since I had already installed the program I was told it was illegal to accept an exchange on the program and get the correct one

I was happy to get a big major savings for purchasing this product along with a laptop.

Not being really tech savvy, I was worried about having to set this up on my computer once I got home. My worries were for naught. This was so easy to set up, I would recommend it to anyone. And Microsoft office is easy to navigate, as expected. Well done.

The product is fine. What I have a problem with is the salesperson charged me $100 for this and I later found it for $50. So, while the product is fine, the fact that the salesperson overcharged me leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. And while I would recommend the product, I would not recommend buying from Best Buy.

This was much easier for me than buying online. I was already in the store. Also, I've always used Microsoft products and have always been happy with them. This is no different. Highly recommended for someone who doesn't need the professional version.

I know there are “free” product available I tried a few and decided to purchase office home edition one time purchase, I am satisfied with the product and can access old files that I could not without this product. I have no complaints so far.
