The product is fine. What I have a problem with is the salesperson charged me $100 for this and I later found it for $50. So, while the product is fine, the fact that the salesperson overcharged me leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. And while I would recommend the product, I would not recommend buying from Best Buy.

Love the online ordering and store pickup! I love all of my new purchases.

Meets my needs, although I don't love the new version of Office. It may just be that I'm not completely used to it yet.

The best buy webb site is very easy to navigate making it easy to purchase what I need.

Is the perfect drive for my laptop works great I would recommend to anyone

This is a must have for any college bound student. I don’t like that you have to buy this separately now because it used to be pre installed on the laptop. With that being said, this is an absolute must have for high school and college.

I needed this for school and i'm glad I was able to get it for a good price at Best Buy.

This is just what my mother needed. It was good to have quality support in the store rather than someone just pushing us to a solution. Much better result in the end. Student is misleading as this is not the cheap student version but one appropriate for most.

MS Office 2016 seems to be easier to use than old version I was using. Have to do more experimenting & working with the program. Spring yard work has me busy but will keep trying different projects. I have a manual & plan on working with Excel in the near future.

When you first install this you will notice that you have to slave your microsoft email address so it stores your registration, keycode, etc. After that is done. You will notice you will have to use that same account to activate the software for each account!!! How annoying! Why not keep it like previous ones where you only have to activate it once and be done?

Installed this for my kids to do their homework. Works brilliantly. Being a Teacher, I utilize this product constantly to write up lesson plans, make up tests, and use it for just about everything.

Great tool for many work levels. Don't know how you can survive without it

I dont know how I or anyone can get by in this day and age without this top of the line software. School work, office work, pleasure writing, and everything else you can think of is a snap thanks to this excellent product.

Another Microsoft software product that’s becoming more of a bloated mess and more unusable with each successive upgrade. I only use Word, so that’s all I’ll be reviewing here. It’s lost any intuitiveness the previous versions had. It’s unstable and too sensitive when using a mouse to perform any functions like copying and inserting text. It has so many quirks that I am unable to describe, like what it does to documents that were created with older versions of Word. It sometimes tells me that new documents I have created are incompatible with the version of Word that just created them and that Word needs to convert those documents to the new version! I’m a retired computer applications programmer, and I learned that sometimes programs can get so large that they start doing unpredictable things.

Wasn't going to buy the premium package but it was better deal all around.

for our minimal usage the one time purchase of office is perfect for one pc is perfect.

Every time I get a new computer, I have to add a new version of Office. Each time there is a new learning curve. For my purposes, this one works, no better or no worse than the one before it.

I always used Office at work so we purchased it to use at home now that we are retired.
