Better choice than office 365

I could care less about having upgrades all the time with 365 since I'm not a power user needing all the latest bells and whistles.

They want you to go on line with a product code and download the software. In the process of installing, I received an error message saying that the program could not be installed and to call a certain number. Thinking this was normal I called the number. After talking to the person for a few minutes, I thought something didn't sound right so I googled the phone number and realized it was a scam. I hung up and called Best Buy. I had to take my laptop to them and have the product installed so it ended up costing me an additional $200. I would recommend that if you buy any software with a product code, have the store help with installation.

It works great, pretty easy to do what you need to, import files between programs easily, etc. If you need a new product key or want to upgrade, I'd say go right ahead :)
