Never used this before so I'm still in a learning curve but I find it very helpful and so much better than the old program I used for years. Wish I switched sooner. I would recommend this.

Good price. I remember when word came on computers free. Best Buy was the only place that had it in stock and for a good price. I always shop Best Buy first. The sales staff is great.

I had trouble because I scratched too hard and lost part of one number. So I entered the number I thought it was but I was wrong. Microsoft web site gave me a number to call and when I did the person identified herself as a Microsoft employee. After discussing my issue she put me on hold and a male picked up and asked to log into my computer. I allowed it only to have him try to sell me an antivirus protection. When I questioned him about helping with my original issue he said that if I didn't want antivirus he had others to help out and he hung up. When I looked at my new computer I saw that I had been password locked out. I called Best Buy and the Geek Squad told me this is not unusual but he could help out. A trip to Green Bay and 3 days later I had my laptop back and running.

When I purchased my new Dell PC I also updated my Office software. I didn't realize how out of date my old Office was..The program is very easy to use. Lots of new things in it...

There are more features in this software than if you only accessed it as web-based software. I learned this the hard way while trying to use excel with another computer.

When I did the in-store pickup for my wife's iMac, the dude sold me this too. We both didn't see that this was the Microsoft version and we needed the Apple. So my wife asked me to return it and see why it doesn't work. Luckily a geek squad dude was there to figure out why and set me straight.

As a writer, to go along with my new laptop, I needed Microsoft Word. I almost bought the version that is subscription based with monthly fees until the service rep guided me to this. Single license, no monthly fees... perfect!!!

Got for my nephew to do his school work. The suite has what he needs.

The program is fast but I am still learning how to use it.

Haven't used software yet but as a bundles deal, it was a great investment. I dont have to worry about renewing it every time it changes. I have it for the lifetime of the product.

It was easy to install and easy to set up. At one point I lost it, but easy to uninstall and reinstall. My Microsoft account stored the key code! Amazing idea!!! Great product!!!

I had an old pc.Am self taught .My old one crashed so went to best buy.The sales person was so helpful and the geek squad has been a huge help in setting up my pc so even i can understand.

I really like Microsoft Office a lot and it looks nice. I had no problems downloading the software, it went very smoothly. I truly prefer this method rather than installing from discs.

This is a must have for everyone. I am enjoying it so far and want to create cards on here and looking forwarding to create Powerpoint Presentations with sound effects.

Had to buy this since it did not come loaded on the computer you would think it would ... If your familiar with these office products then your fine ... Installation was quick and simple .

I have always used MS Office on my personal laptops. It's great for me to be able to use MS Word and Excel for my work on the laptop; and move seamlessly across machines

Just loaded on to my MAC today. (Was given one for PC rather than MAC, but Best Buy changed it for me). It was easy to download and I am not a computer savvy person.

Not much to say. It's Microsoft Office. Pretty much a necesety for most. Works well. Gets the job done. I'd rather have this and not 365 and pay yearly, so it has that going' for it.

Every college student is required to submit essays, term papers, and projects and all is based on the Microsoft Windows applications. Easy to use and the setup installation was quick.
